Chief economist on investment manager
Requirements:
- higher education (economical or legal);
- at least 1 year job experience on the treasurer sphere in the banking or credit institution;
- managing ability;
- initiative and motivated;
- strong monitoring skills;
- strong analytical skills;
- must have good command of English;
- excellent knowledge of MC Office Programs.
Duties:
- Prepares draft policies of assets, liabilities, interest and liquidity of the Fund and compliance to these policies;
- Organizes brokerage and dealer activity on cash, currency, capital and securities markets on behalf of the Fund;
- Prepares “Trade tickets”;
- Prepares reports on the activity of the asset management board;
- Provides with the lucrative placement of the Fund’s independent funds in the limit determined by the the Guardians Council and Executive director and involving cash funds;
- Analyses the finance markets constantly, determines market facility for the Fund.
Vacancy – lawyer (full day work)
Requirements:
• High education in the corresponding field;
• at least one year experience as a lawyer;
• must have good command of Azeri & English;
• Mc Office program skills;
• Carefulness and punctuality;
Duties:
• Participating at creation of normative juridical documents base, preparation of projects of normative juridical acts, contracts and agreements and programs for improving deposit insuranring systems;
• Preparing reports, references and information about the applicable legislation; answering the juridical questions directed to the Fund
• Representing the Fund at the state authorities, organizations and courts in the issues related to law.
