“BTB” OJS become a member of Deposit Insurance Fund of Azerbaijan. Quantities of member banks are 43.

Deposits allocated more than 15 % in the member banks are not protected by the Fund from January 1, 2009 and no compensation are paid for them.               

It would be mentioned that, the maximum limit of the compensation payments is 30 (thirty) thousand manats now.  

Depositors pay no money for the insurance of their deposits. The insurance fees are paid only by banks.

Deposit Insurance Fund has collected calendar fees for the second quarter of 2010. The calendar fees has made 866 thsd in AZN, 1mln.299 thsd in USD and 175 thsd in EURO. Quantities of member banks are 43.
